Jeetbaaz Terms and Conditions — Know Before You Play

1 Eligibility

To register and use the Jeetbaaz platform, you must meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. The Jeetbaaz platform is strictly for adults. Minors are not permitted to register, deposit, or play under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf — not on behalf of any business, organisation or third party.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player or have any active self-exclusion arrangement in place.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent or close family member of a Jeetbaaz employee in a role that could create a conflict of interest.

2 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account only. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, payment method, device, IP address or household — is a breach of these Terms and may result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete and truthful information. This includes your full name, date of birth and contact details. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Jeetbaaz reserves the right to request supporting documents to verify your identity at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued ID, proof of address or payment method verification.

You are solely responsible for the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. Jeetbaaz will never ask you for your password via any communication channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact support immediately. Any activity carried out through your account before a reported breach will remain your responsibility.

3 Deposits & Payments

All deposits on the Jeetbaaz platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfers, debit and credit cards, and other mobile wallets as listed in your account's deposit section at any given time.

You must only use payment methods that are registered in your own name. Deposits made from payment accounts belonging to a third party — including family members — are not permitted and may be reversed. Jeetbaaz reserves the right to request verification that a payment method belongs to the account holder before processing a withdrawal linked to that method.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the platform at the point of transaction. These limits may vary depending on the selected payment method and your account's verification status. Jeetbaaz does not charge deposit fees on its end, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

• Deposits are generally credited to your account within minutes for JazzCash, Easypaisa and Raast.
• Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on your bank's processing times.
• Failed deposits that result in a deduction from your wallet without a corresponding account credit should be reported to support with transaction reference details.
• Jeetbaaz does not accept cash deposits or deposits via informal transfer agents.

4 Withdrawals

Withdrawals can be requested once your account has been verified and any applicable wagering requirements on active bonus funds have been met. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible, to comply with standard anti-money-laundering practice.

Standard withdrawal processing times on Jeetbaaz are as follows: JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours; Raast and bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on receiving bank processing times. VIP players receive priority processing across all withdrawal methods.

Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your account. Jeetbaaz reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing large withdrawal requests. This is a standard security measure and is not a basis to withhold legitimate winnings from verified players.

Any withdrawal request that cannot be completed due to failed verification, expired payment details or a suspected policy breach will be held pending review. Jeetbaaz will communicate the reason for any delay via your registered contact details.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Jeetbaaz offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bets, cashback promotions and VIP programme rewards. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page. These Terms apply in addition to the general conditions set out here.

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. Wagering requirements specify how many times a bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, depending on the specific offer) must be wagered before the resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements and eligible game contributions are detailed in each promotion's dedicated terms.

• Bonuses can only be claimed once per eligible promotion, per player, per household, per payment method and per IP address, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash or assigned to another player.
• If a withdrawal is requested before wagering requirements are complete, any remaining bonus funds and associated winnings derived from those bonus funds may be forfeited.
• Jeetbaaz reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice where possible.
• Players who are found to be abusing promotions — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting patterns or exploiting software errors — will have their bonuses voided and may face account suspension.

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on Jeetbaaz are final once confirmed. It is the player's responsibility to ensure the accuracy of any bet before confirming it. Jeetbaaz does not accept responsibility for bets placed in error, including incorrect selections, stake amounts or market choices.

Jeetbaaz reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: obvious pricing errors, system malfunctions, match abandonment (where applicable settlement rules do not apply), or where evidence of match manipulation is identified by official governing bodies or our internal monitoring systems.

In-play (live) betting markets close at various points during an event and are subject to real-time price updates. Bets submitted during a live market freeze period will not be accepted. It is normal for in-play odds to be suspended briefly during significant match moments such as wickets, goals or timeout periods.

• Cricket markets — including PSL, T20 internationals and bilateral series — are settled according to the official result as confirmed by the relevant governing body.
• If a match is abandoned or interrupted, settlement rules specific to that market type apply as displayed in the platform.
• Football, Esports and other markets follow their own sport-specific settlement rules, which are available in the platform's rules section.
• Maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market. These may vary by sport, event and player account status.

7 Prohibited Activity

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Jeetbaaz platform. Any player found engaging in these activities will have their account suspended immediately and may have their balance forfeited pending investigation:

• Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one account for any purpose, including to claim additional bonuses.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through coordinated play, systematic low-risk strategies designed to extract bonus value, or any pattern identified as bonus abuse by our systems.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any automated means to place bets, interact with games or access the platform.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino or any competitive gaming format on the platform.
• Fraudulent payments: Using stolen payment credentials, chargebacks as a strategy, or any deceptive means to deposit or withdraw funds.
• Money laundering: Using the Jeetbaaz platform to place, layer or integrate proceeds of criminal activity. Jeetbaaz will report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities as required.
• Third-party play: Allowing another person to play on your account, or playing on behalf of another person using their account or funds.

Jeetbaaz monitors accounts and activity continuously. Detection of prohibited behaviour may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of winnings and permanent ban from the platform.

8 Responsible Gaming

Jeetbaaz is designed for adult entertainment. We strongly encourage all players to approach gaming as a leisure activity, not as a source of income or a way to recover financial losses. Gambling involves risk, and it is entirely possible — and normal — to lose the money you wager.

We recommend that every player sets a personal budget before they start playing. Decide on a maximum deposit amount per week or per month that you are comfortable losing, and stick to it. If you find yourself depositing more to chase losses, that is a sign to take a step back.

• Use the deposit limit and session limit tools available in your account settings to manage your activity.
• Take regular breaks — set session time reminders if needed.
• Never play while under the influence of substances that impair your judgement.
• If gaming is affecting your relationships, work, sleep or finances, consider a self-exclusion period.
• Jeetbaaz is for adults aged 18 and above only. Do not allow minors access to your device or account.

9 Account Termination

You may close your Jeetbaaz account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining after deduction of applicable bonus balances subject to unmet wagering requirements will be returned to your verified payment method.

Jeetbaaz reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including in circumstances where:

• A player is found to have breached any provision of these Terms.
• A player's identity or age cannot be satisfactorily verified.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected on the account.
• A player has requested self-exclusion or is identified as a vulnerable player.
• Continued operation of the account would create legal, regulatory or financial risk for the platform.

In the event of account closure due to a Terms breach, Jeetbaaz may withhold balances pending investigation. Players will be notified of the reason for closure and may request a review through the support channel, subject to the outcome of any ongoing investigation.

10 General Provisions

Jeetbaaz reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via their registered contact details or through a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which will continue in full force and effect.

These Terms represent the entire agreement between Jeetbaaz and the player with respect to the subject matter herein, and supersede any prior representations, discussions or agreements, whether written or verbal.

Jeetbaaz does not represent, warrant or imply that use of the platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the Jeetbaaz platform is permitted under the laws applicable to you. Jeetbaaz does not hold or claim any government-issued gaming licence or regulatory endorsement from Pakistani authorities or any other jurisdiction.
